Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Logistics
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products through regular delivery scheduling.
  • Track and monitor product movements across warehouses and customer locations.
  • Review and verify order documents, ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Inventory & Stock Control

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and ERP-based inventory updates.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.
  • Notify relevant teams regarding stock shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory record & ensure timely updates in ERP/Software System
  • Conduct regular cycle count & Audit.
Team Supervision & Management
  • Lead and oversee the SCM team; allocate tasks and monitor performance.
  • Train, coach, and motivate supply chain and warehouse staff to ensure high team productivity.
  • Develop & implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and stock variances.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain all supply chain documents, files, and registers in accordance with company policy.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, deliveries, and shipments to the supervisor.
  • Provide periodic performance updates and seek feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and audit requirement.
Quality Control & Compliance
  • Conduct QC checks upon receipt and before dispatch to ensure product quality and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse/storage areas and enforce compliance with organizational SOPs and safety norms.
Issue Resolution & Coordination
  • Handle product-related complaints from retail, wholesale, or other partners, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth supply chain operations.
  • Support any special assignments or tasks delegated by top management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, ERP/Inventory software, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
