Job Context:
The Sr. Executive – Digital Marketing will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, supporting brand visibility, and generating leads through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in managing digital channels, content, and performance marketing strategies.

- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an asset.
Additional Requirement:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online branding.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Graphic Design tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Adobe, and analytics/reporting tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and content concepts.
- Industry experience or product knowledge in home improvement, bath ware, or kitchenware is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Support
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid:
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing
- Search engines (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Online marketplaces and organic channel (if applicable)
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions
- Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
SEO & SEM Assistance
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Support paid search campaigns with relevant inputs and basic monitoring and offline campaigns (events, exhibitions, in-store promotions) through digital amplification when required.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze and track digital campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Generate and maintain performance reports for various campaigns
- Assist in analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement
Digital Trends & Market Monitoring
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
- Conduct basic competitor analysis, especially within the bath ware and kitchenware industry
- Coordinate with creative teams for content development (banners, videos, posts, etc.).
