Job Context:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative vision and elevate our brand across all channels. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution—someone who can inspire teams, shape brand narratives, and deliver world-class creative work that drives business impact.
Requirement:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
- Industry experience in Sanitary Ware, Retail Showroom, Agency, Production, Media is preferred.
Additional Requirement:
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally within agencies, studios, or fast-paced brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel creative execution
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of design, branding, marketing, and creative strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and other relevant creative tools
- Experience with motion graphics, film direction, or multimedia production
- Familiarity with UX/UI and digital product design
- 2D 3D Animation, Motion, Visual Effects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a strong creative vision that aligns with the company’s brand strategy and business goals
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages experimentation and excellence
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content across digital, print, social, video, and experiential platforms
- Work closely with marketing, product, leadership, and external partners to define creative strategies for campaigns and initiatives
- Guide the development of brand systems, ensuring consistency and innovation across all visual and verbal expressions
- Review and approve creative concepts, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver exceptional quality
- Present creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity, confidence, and compelling storytelling
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand fresh and competitive
