• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Sanitary ware, Chain shop, Importer

Additional Requirements

• PGDHRM will get preference.

• Strong understanding of Labor Laws, HR best Practices and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update leave data in the Google Sheet for all employees and ensure the accuracy of attendance records.

• Prepare and process monthly salary payments for employees and maintain payroll-related documentation.

• Maintain and securely store personal files for newly appointed employees, and update existing personal files for all employees.

• Prepare and issue ID cards for employees· Issue Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Promotion Letters, and Increment Letters to employees.

• Oversee all HR activities, including managing employee transfers, duty rosters, and supporting employee-related queries.

• Oversee the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, including exit interviews and documentation.

• Manage SIM card requisitions and mobile bill processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

• Process employee loan applications, including sanctioning loans and managing repayment schedules.

• Recruitment process posting job openings, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

• Prepare final settlements for outgoing employees after receiving clearance from relevant departments and submitting documents to the Accounts Department.

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for various departmental and HR meetings, and ensure follow-up on meeting decisions.

• Draft and circulate office orders, notices, and other official HR communications, and assist in implementing company policies and HR procedures.

• Any Others Duties assigned by management.
