Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategies for operational growth and efficiency aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Formulate and execute plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee the procurement of sanitary and bath ware products and materials .

• Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Operational Efficiency:

• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency in areas like order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.

• Implement systems and technologies to improve operational performance.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that all products and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Customer Service and Relations:

• Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Address and resolve major customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for operational areas, focusing on cost control and profitability.

• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and manage operational staff, including customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams.

• Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Innovation and Technology:

• Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Risk Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks, including supply chain disruptions and compliance issues.

• Ensure effective contingency planning and crisis management processes are in place.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales to ensure alignment of operational strategies with overall business goals.
