We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager / Manager to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring process efficiency, managing teams, and driving business goals with strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: –

  • Plan, organize, and supervise departmental operations to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Monitor daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support in policy development, compliance, and decision-making for business growth.
  • Handle escalations and provide quick solutions to operational challenges.
  • Conduct regular KPI-based performance appraisals to track individual and team achievements.
  • Design and implement targeted training and development programs to build skills and improve performance.

Requirements: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / related field (Master’s in HRM preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business tools.
