Sales Consultant (আদিবাসী – Tribal Community)

Requirement:

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree or a related field is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bath ware, kitchenware, or home improvement sector.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experience in B2C sales or showroom environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Consultation:
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in the showroom with product selection and queries.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions, ensuring an enriching and informative experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Product Expertise & Demonstrations:
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support
  • Deliver in-depth knowledge and live demonstrations of our products, showcasing how they can enhance customers’ lifestyles and homes. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends
Sales Achievement:
  • Drive sales by meeting and surpassing set targets through exceptional service, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Monitor and report on personal sales metrics to ensure performance goals are consistently achieved.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by offering proactive follow-ups and post-purchase support.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.
Tribe Culture & Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with fellow Tribe members to foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • Share insights, learnings, and ideas with your team, contributing to a culture of empowerment and continuous growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Market Insight & Competitor Awareness:
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to help guide your sales strategy and offer valuable feedback to the company’s leadership team.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure proper product display
Customer Hospitality:
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients, ensuring a professional level of hospitality.
  • Provide special assistance to VIP clients as required.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
  • Ensure display products are polished and presentable as per showroom standards.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the showroom, including outdoor premises.

  • The scope of responsibilities may be reviewed and adjusted in response to organizational needs, as determined     by management.
  • Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management, consistent with the overall role and capabilities.

  • Knowledge of bath ware and kitchenware products is a plus or a keen interest to learn.
